The Chronicle Begins.
Ok, so today I’m going to begin a 10 day fast. Goals: To shrink my appetite, to cleanse my body of all of the bad things I’ve been eating (Read: easter candy), and to hopefully lose 2 or 3 pounds.
I’m going to keep track of how I’m doing and how I’m feeling here. That way, when it’s all over, I can come back and see how I did. That, or when I fail to complete 10 days, I’ll know why. I don’t think I’ll have trouble, though. My only worry is with dancing and driving. I don’t want to get dangerous. 😛 We’ll see what happens. Water is my friend!
So, feelings day one:
Right now, I would be eating breakfast. Toast, at the very least, but usually cereal. I don’t feel very hungry, which is nice. We’ll see how it goes later in the day. I’ll post again then. Good luck to me!
