Man, I am HUNGRY.
We worked out this morning. We’ve been going really good, 3 to 4 times per week. I always eat some instant oatmeal before we hit the gym, and I always drink a protein shake after. This usually serves as my breakfast, and I don’t eat again until lunch, unless I grab a snack around 10.
It is ten right now. I’ve already had my Kashi Tasty Little Chewey bar. I am STILL HUNGRY!
I guess today was a fantastic work out, and I have burned so many calories that my body is really hungry and asking for more. I have to stick to good foods today… I didn’t bring a lunch, and I didn’t bring any money for the cafeteria. That means I either have to get Brock to come have lunch with me, or just have some more oatmeal. Ungh.
I still haven’t heard back from the Church. I’m still waiting. I will update when I finally get some news.
