I realized today that I have never shared any visuals of where I work.

This is my Ultrasound room.  The machine, affectionately known as ‘big Bertha’, next to the patient table.  The image is sort of orange because it was dark in my room.

Today, however, was a special day!!  I got a new toy!!

Meet my new patient monitor, where the images I see on my screen are safely and beautifully displayed for all to see.  Notice how the image on the ultrasound screen is the same as the big screen.  I am SO excited.  My patients LOVE IT!!!  (Forgive the picture quality, these were taken with my cell phone.)

I should share some of the images I’ve taken… all with HIPAA laws in mind of course, no patient identifiers.  But babies need to be shared.  They are so amazing.

I’m having a good day, beyond being exhausted from picking Brock up at the airport at 1:30am.  This is FUN.
